Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Our Spa Cancellation policy is strict and followed to the letter always without exception. 

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect and follow the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours (Monday- Thursday) and 48 hours (Friday - Sunday) prior to your service time.

All appointments cancelled outside our cancelation window (48hrs' notice Friday - Sunday, 24hrs' notice Monday - Thursday) will be charged a non refundable 50% of the service. If you do not call to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, it is 100% non refundable full charge for the service. This policy applies to all booked appointments including appointments made with gift certificates, packages, series and membership. Our cancelation policy is strict and with no exceptions. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24hours notice, 50% of original service value will be charged for the appointment, this is non-refundable.

All same day appointments have a deposit of 50% of the service charged at the time of booking the appointment and if a same day appointment fails to show up for the appointment, the 50% service deposit is non refundable. 50% deposit for same day appointments are non refundable when Cancelling same day appointment within 1hr or 30mins of the appointment.

Clients who completely miss their appointments without giving us any prior notification or cancellation at the time of the appointment will be charged in full for the scheduled service. This is non refundable or usable as credit. For another appointment, you will need to book a fresh appointment which is also covered by all the same cancellation policies as stated above.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. The spa pays its therapists even if a client is a “no-show” or late cancel. This policy allows us to retain great employees.

Arrival Policy: Please arrivve 10 to 15mins before the time your appointment is to begin. If you arrive late, please know that we commit to doing everything possible to give you as much of your booked time as possible but we will not be able to cut into the next client's time to accomodate your lateness. Clients who arrive more than 15mins late and ungraciouusly complain about not getting their full time will be blacklisted.To fully benefit from your service, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your service will begin promptly at the time you reserved. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time so that other guests are not inconvenienced.

NOTE :  If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service(s) for which you were scheduled, and the full service fee will be accessed.

Children Policy: For safety reasons and to maintain our serene relaxing atmosphere, no child under the age of 15 years old is permitted inside the spa. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment and we also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our other guests.

Smart Phone Use Policy In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing spa experience for yourself, we ask that you to turn off your cell phone and refrain from speaking loudly, participating in live video conversations, or playing any audio or video without the use of headphones. When talking with the spa staff, please speak softly. Guests who use their phone in disruptive manner will be gently asked to refrain or continue using their smart phone outside.

This is a Professional Spa Establishment: Our trained, licensed therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk for the full payment for your service and peaceful exit.

Right to refuse service: We fully understand our right to refuse service if there are any problems that we perceive on our end regarding that service. We have never had to do so, but we will not be shy to do so if that is necessary to preserve the peaceful ambience of the spa. Please understand. Every single client without exception is obliged to be at your best behavior  when inside the spa and throughout you presence here. We will not hesitate to call law enforcement and take other appropriate actions if we discover anyone deceptively using somebody elses's credit card.  So be prepared to asked for ID or Zip code of a credit card you are using at any time.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to every single one of these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. A deposit will be accessed as soon as we are booking your appointment. We do not accept personal checks.

We will be reminding you when you booking your appointments to read and be ok with these cancellation policy. Please know that these policies still applies to all and every appointment and spa visit.
