Relaxation in psychology is the emotional state of a living being, of low tension, in which there is an absence of arousal, particularly from negative sources such as anger, anxiety, or fear. According to Oxford Dictionaries relaxation is when the body and mind are free from tension and anxiety.
Our technique uses body awareness to move a person into a deep state of relaxation. Guided imagery (focusing the mind on positive images) and meditation (focusing thoughts) and various other techniques like ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response), Breathing, Progressive muscle relaxation, Meditation and other techniques will be used.
$100/hr minimum of 2hours required
Treatment recommended once every 3 months and any time at all a person experiencing stressful times.
