We build the run sheet
We come back with a treatment sequence and a per-person price, sized to your group and the hours you have.
Confirm the booking
Approve the plan and we lock the room and the therapists for your window. One point of contact throughout.
Arrive and switch off
Ten minutes early for intake forms, then treatments run back to back. No upselling between rooms.
The Space
Calm, not chaotic.
A spa party should still feel like a spa. We stagger start times so nobody sits in a waiting room, keep the volume low, and give you somewhere to actually sit between treatments rather than herding everyone through in one pass.

How far ahead should I book a spa party?
For four or more guests, two to three weeks gives us the best chance of getting your first-choice date and enough therapists on the floor. Weekends go first. Smaller groups of two or three can often be fitted in the same week.
What's the largest group you can take?
We regularly host parties of four to six, and can stretch to around ten in one block depending on the treatments chosen. For anything larger, call us and we’ll look at splitting the group across two waves.
Can everyone have a different treatment?
Yes. Group pricing is easiest when the party shares a combination, but we can mix massage, facials, scrubs and waxing across the same block. Tell us who wants what and we’ll sequence it so nobody is left waiting.
Is anyone in the group pregnant?
Mention it when you enquire. Prenatal massage is a standard part of our menu, and some peels and treatments aren’t recommended during pregnancy — so we’ll build a safe alternative rather than adapting on the day.
How long should we set aside?
A two-treatment combo across four guests generally runs about two hours. Longer packages with a 90-minute massage push it to three or four. We’ll confirm the exact window with your run sheet.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Ask us when you book — we’ll let you know what works around your treatment times and the rooms you’re using.
