My Spa Joy (“My Spa Joy,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates the website myspajoy.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, fill in one of our forms, sign up for offers or book an appointment, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information to us.

We collect the information you choose to share with us through the forms on our Site:

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject of your enquiry and your message.
Spa party enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the occasion, number of guests, preferred time and any other details you share, such as pregnancy, allergies or injuries so we can plan your event safely.
Workshop registration form: your name, phone number, email address, the school you graduated from and the year, your career stage and your preferred training date.
Welcome offer sign-up: your name, email address and mobile phone number when you sign up to receive our first-visit offer and future promotions.

Health details you share in the “Anything else?” box on the spa party form are optional. We use them only to plan your visit safely, and we ask that you share only what is needed for that purpose.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our service providers and we automatically collect certain information, including:

Your IP address, browser type, device type and operating system.
The pages you view, the links you click, how long you stay and the website that referred you to us.
General location information based on your IP address (for example, city or region).

This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 5.

Appointment booking

Online appointments are booked through Mangomint, a third-party booking platform. When you book through Mangomint, the information you provide (such as your name, contact details and payment information) is collected and processed by Mangomint under its own privacy policy. We receive your booking details so that we can provide your service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your questions and enquiries.
Plan and price spa parties and group events.
Register your interest in workshops and contact you about training dates.
Schedule, confirm and manage your appointments.
Send you your welcome offer and, if you have agreed, promotional emails and text messages.
Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
Measure the results of our advertising.
Protect the Site against spam, fraud and security threats.
Comply with legal obligations.

3. Email and Text Message Marketing

If you sign up through our welcome offer form or otherwise agree to hear from us, we may send you emails and text messages (SMS) about offers, promotions, new services and updates from My Spa Joy.

Consent: By providing your mobile number and submitting the form, you agree to receive marketing text messages from My Spa Joy at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opting out of texts: Reply STOP to any text message from us, and we will remove your number from our text list. You can also ask to be removed by calling us at 832-538-1218 or emailing spajoy@yahoo.com.

Opting out of emails: Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that help us send messages, as described in Section 4.

Even after you opt out of marketing messages, we may still contact you about appointments or enquiries you have made with us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following situations:

Service providers: We use trusted companies to run the Site and our business. These include our website host (Hostinger), our email and text messaging platform (Brevo), our form and automation tools (SureForms and OttoKit), our booking platform (Mangomint), website security tools and Google (for analytics and advertising). They may access your information only to perform services for us.
Legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of My Spa Joy, our clients or others.
Business transfers: If My Spa Joy is sold or merged with another business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Our service providers and we use cookies and similar technologies to:
